We get asked a lot of questions here at United Nissan Rentals. Below you will find some of our most frequently asked questions. If you don’t see your question answered here, feel free to give us a call at 702-207-8016. Our rental experts will happily answer any questions you may have.

1. Do I need insurance?

No you do not need your own insurance to rent a car from us.

2. Do you check my credit?

Unlike most major rental car agencies, we do not check your credit when we rent you a vehicle.

3. What is the minimum age requirement?

Unlike major car rental companies, we welcome drivers as young as 21 years of age. There is however a small daily fee for drivers under the age of 25. Call United Nissan rental department for details..

4. What methods of payments for the car rental service?

We accept cash, debit and credit as forms of payment.

5. Can I change the car after the reservation?

Yes. If you would like to change your vehicle during your rental period, our rental department will happily move you into the vehicle you are most comfortable with.

6. What’s the longest I can rent a car?

The maximum rental period is 30 days. If you would like to rent a vehicle for longer than this 30 day period, you will simply have to bring your rental back to United Nissan’s rental department at the end of your rental period and renew.

7. What do I do if my rented car breaks down?

Please call United Nissan’s rental department immediately if your vehicle has broken down.

8. Do you deliver rental cars?

Currently we do not offer delivery on our vehicle rentals. We plan on incorporating this feature into our rental platform soon. Thanks for your patience!
